Hi All. 😊 Welcome to Happy Hippie Hemp, I'm the creator & maker, Tara I. Frederick. 

It all started when I was young kid, drawing on my bedroom walls, book covers and any place I could leave my mark. I got into my first art gallery in 2016 with my abstract paintings. Freedom of expression has always meant alot to me. A rebel and non-conformist, I've always went against the social norms and not afraid to stand up for what I believed in. 

I remember learning about hemp at a young age, this highly versatile plant, and it blew my mind that, at that time, it was illegal. 🤯

 I felt connected to it in so many ways. Wearing something Hemp is grounding for me. The smell..the cool vibes..the naturalness..feeling connected to the earth & creator..the history. 🌎🌱

Unable to find many cool hemp necklaces around, I started making my own and have been making my own since the 1990's.🤙🏼

I personally enjoy a good thick hemp necklace..ooh the smell of a nice fresh thick hemp roll, so satisfying! 

Happy Hippie Hemp was started in 2022, after I realized that others are also looking for cool hemp gear to rock! I have a display stand at a local store where many people have enjoyed my very unique hemp pieces for years. Finally I decided it was time to take Happy Hippie Hemp online and try to share with the rest of the world!
